The Adults Learn to Ride – On Bike Paths course is great for adults who are comfortable pedaling but want to become more confident using Auckland’s network of safe cycle infrastructure.  
 
This course will build on your skills, and teach you how to:  
•    Be aware of other riders and path users 
•    Signal to other road users and look around you 
•    Practise manouvering, braking and using your gears  
•    Plan your journeys on protected cycle routes 
•    Ride on shared paths and protected cycle routes  
 
This course will begin in a safe court environment before moving onto a protected cycle path. In a small group, you’ll be led by a qualified, friendly instructor and can go at your own pace. Bring your own bike and helmet, or we can provide one for you.
